Best Realtor in Liberty Village Toronto
Who is the best realtor in Liberty Village, Toronto?
The short answer: The Storey Team, led by Tom Storey at Royal LePage Signature Realty, is ranked #1 for downtown Toronto condo sales in 2024 and 2025 (based on TRREB data) and works in Liberty Village buildings every week. We know which buildings are well managed, which floor plans hold their value, and what units are really selling for, and we have filmed our own guide to the best condos in Liberty Village.
Liberty Village sits just west of King West, between King Street and the Gardiner, around streets like East Liberty, Western Battery, Hanna and Lynn Williams. It has converted industrial lofts and a large number of newer condo towers, which makes it one of the most popular areas for first-time buyers and investors. Because so many units are similar, the building you choose, its management and its fees make a big difference when you sell.

43 Hanna Avenue (Toy Factory Lofts)
A former toy factory converted into hard lofts around 2008. A solid building with some of the lowest maintenance fees in the area.
69 Lynn Williams Street
A 15-storey building completed in 2013, with units from about 400 square foot bachelors up to about 1,300 square feet, and reasonable condo fees of roughly 70 to 75 cents per square foot.

Neighbouring buildings with solid layouts, including two-bedroom split plans that are some of the best layouts we have seen in the city.

Who is the best realtor in Liberty Village, Toronto?
The Storey Team, led by Tom Storey at Royal LePage Signature Realty, is ranked #1 for downtown Toronto condo sales in 2024 and 2025 (based on TRREB data) and works in Liberty Village buildings every week. The team has 190+ five-star Google reviews and publishes its own building-by-building guide to Liberty Village condos.
What are the best condo buildings in Liberty Village?
Our favourites include the Toy Factory Lofts at 43 Hanna Avenue, 69 Lynn Williams Street, 80 and 100 Western Battery Road, 125 Western Battery Road, and 51, 59 and 85 East Liberty Street. The best choice depends on your budget, the layout you need and whether you are buying to live in or to rent out.
Is Liberty Village a good place to buy a condo?
Yes for many buyers. It is close to King West, transit and the waterfront, and prices per square foot are often lower than King West. There are a lot of similar units, so choose a well managed building with a good floor plan and reasonable fees to protect your resale value.
Are Liberty Village condos a good investment?
Some buildings have long attracted investors because of steady rental demand from young professionals. Cash flow depends on your purchase price, financing and fees, so run the real numbers first. Our investor guide explains how we analyse a condo investment.
How do I sell my Liberty Village condo for the best price?
With many similar units on the market, pricing and presentation matter more here than almost anywhere. Price from recent sales in your own building, stage and photograph the unit well, and highlight what makes your layout better. See our sellers page.
Should I buy in Liberty Village or King West?
Liberty Village has more newer towers and often a lower price per square foot. King West has more lofts and boutique buildings right on King Street. See our King West guide to compare.
